It's only been a few weeks since their chat on the network, but Toby has been really interested in discussing vampirism and mutations since then. Between FanPort and the grand opening of Hotel Castile and some other matters here and there, he really didn't have the time. But after his recent episode, and with so many people suggesting he see someone, Toby decided it'd be best to touch base with Charles again.
They agreed to meet in Nonah, the Porter city that Toby is still the least familiar with, but is slowly coming to know better.
