Yes. Nuclear weapons have extraordinary, terrible power. The world's in its current state because the threat of such a weapon being deployed shapes our political decisions, our destinies. In a way, we're pawns of that war as well.

But we have our gifts and perhaps a chance to forge our own path. Don't lose sight of that.
