The reading is a cursory one— it's all worded nicely for a reason, and he's already looked up all the information he possibly could to make a decision—, then he throws most of it away. It's early in the second day, though, and there's a lull as people go get their lunches, and with no panels or other activities they're pressed to go to right away, he's content with just strolling casually through the convention alongside Betty.
