[The Child continues to advance, and another one approaches from the other side at a much faster pace, stepping over broken branches and kicking aside rocks, a spear held in his hand that glints in the faint moonlight from above. But right before he's about to step on Kotetsu, he swings his spear down, the butt of the handle digging into the dirt, and uses that as an anchor to swing himself into the air and throwing a sharp, firm kick right into the attacking Child's ribcage and sending him tumbling to his back. That doesn't take them down completely, though, so he pulls the spear out of the ground and charges in, swinging it again. He never uses the blade, but it's with a force that he uses the heavy wooden handle to push back incoming attacks, and there's undeniable strength behind the kick he gives to knock them down again.
The Child is quiet after that, and lit by the moonlight, Ken Amada steps back toward Kotetsu and holds out a bottle of water.]
