I reckon it's a thing, yeah. I'm not sure I'd ever say a chihuahua wasn't a real dog, but I wouldn't put it beyond some others to. [ Terriers are obnoxiously excitable, however. That one has got to be true. ] Some dogs can get picky over pedigree, too, or if it's a city dog versus a working dog. Stuff like that.
