WHO: Agent Maine and Frederick Chilton
WHERE: Dr. Chilton's office
WHEN: late October (???)
WHAT: Stubborn bear actively seeks counseling, surprising everyone.
WARNINGS: none probably???
[Maine is glad no one was around to see him deliberating whether or not to go into the office. He'd already walked all the way here. And he's done things that are objectively much worse than talking to a therapist. Hell, he's had mandatory meetings with the Counselor back on the Mother of Invention plenty of times. But that was different because those were mandatory and he was usually allowed to get away with stonewalling tactics to avoid actually talking about much of anything until time was up. But he asked for this, he'd have to actually have something to say.
All that said, he walks into the office exactly at noon, like he said. He is a career soldier, after all. He's had the importance of being precise when it comes to time drilled into his head for years.
Just as was the case the first time they had an appointment, Maine's wearing his full armor, though it's a bit more banged up than it was then. He takes off his helmet when he steps into the room but seems poised to put it back on at a moments notice as he stands in the doorway looking tense, brows furrowed. There's a pause where he just seems to be thinking of what to say, but after a few seconds settles on just making a low rumbling noise which is probably his most neutral form of greeting. Hello Doctor.]
