He wouldn't be surprised if Adachi hadn't seen him--after all, he hardly spent any time in the actual station. His job was more out and about than anything else. He grins when the other answers positively--good, his intuition wasn't wrong.

"Traffic duty... man, that sounds pretty boring. But hey, it could be worse.

Ya could have to stand guard outside the jail cells or something. I think I'd take traffic over that, right?"
