He doesn't actually remember whether or not Kaidan's seen the transition between skin to suit before, but he thinks he has, so he doesn't give him any more advance notice before he suits up. It's as gross as it usually is as it seeps out from underneath his skin and he takes a moment to wave the steam away from his own skin, but then again, Kaidan's probably seen a lot grosser.]

I've had a lot of people tell us that the stuff we live with is stuff out of comic books and video games and TV shows before. But... to a lot of people, your world seems like something out of fiction too, especially for people who're convinced that aliens don't exist.

[He shrugs, giving Kaidan a little grin.]

But I guess if you're gonna go out and fight crime with a silly name, you might as well go all the way and have a weird looking costume too.
