[Tetsuo wasn't moving. Anyone could take advantage of this and put him down for good. Kaneda, though, knew better. Tetsuo was far from defenseless, fueled by his own hatred for him. He'd learned that the moment he was tackled outside in front of the bike.
This is what Tetsuo wanted, and he'd give it to him.
He stops, though, when that roar breaks through the air, watching as rubble, from pebbles to stone slabs lift up, dangling menacingly in his direction. There's a moment of calm before the storm, his boots gripping the ground before pushing off, going to try and make a run for it--
A feeble attempt, though. Kaneda never expected to dodge it. And when the first hits him, the rest are soon to follow, peppering him attack after attack until he's bombarded beyond being able to stand. Rocks pile on top like an avalanche, hands desperately trying to immediately crawl his way out of there.
Another futile fight.
And for a moment, there's nothing there. As if that was all it took to defeat him.
Ironic, no? That he'd met the same demise as Ken--
A rock stirs.
Only one thing in their world? Please.
Kaneda begs to differ.
A hand practically sprouts its way out of the pile like a spider gripping onto the rubble as it tries to claw its way out. Moving and fighting as the one opposite is struggling to break through.]
