Usagi nodded with a smile and pushed herself up, careful to try to keep the sand off their blanket. "Be right back!"

She walked over to the snack pile, which was still impressive despite some of the goodies being in circulation around the fire. Scooping up an already broken-into-bag of marshmallows, and an individual bag of chips, she headed back over to her spot on the beach.

"Have you roasted marshmallows before?" she asked as she plopped back down, holding the marshmallow bag out to her pompadour'ed friend.
