It's the cosmetics, Hisoka. He probably wears a lot more than you do, and a lot more than you probably realize. He doesn't need Texture Surprise to create something lifelike; he's had years and years to perfect the process of silicone application, to make his mask as realistic as possible. That's the only reason he can be called pretty, if that's your preferred word of choice. For, beneath it all, there are very deep, very ugly, very angry red scars etched into his flesh.
"Sell myself short? Ah...you thought that I was referring to myself." Yuri shakes his head. "I meant that you're a very responsive individual, that's all."
Very responsive indeed. But, at least in Yuri's mind, that isn't a bad thing. It means that, probably, if their paths do cross out there in the real world, where their powers won't be limited and there won't be people to stand in between them, or glass, should they encounter one another, killer-to-killer, clown to lunatic, it might actually be rather easy to provoke the other man. It's still too early to tell, of course. And people are always a little different restrained than they are when they can cut loose. Hisoka might demonstrate ten times more control in that case.
Hm. He...wants to see. But he can wait. He has as much patience (or as little) as he needs to have when it comes to such things.
"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but you seem to have the wrong impression yet again." So. Dry. And quite condescending, in spite of (the lie) the words that are spoken. "In any case, we spoke the other day of rehabilitation. Has a regimen yet been decided upon? For your reintroduction to proper society, that is. I am interested in hearing what you plan to do."
