I've only been here for roughly a month, and from the looks of things, it's been... uneventful for the most part. Which is good.

Though I'd heard things were somewhat turbulent before I'd arrived. I remember at the last swear-in, which was my first, really... that there was all manner of media and press and things. Lots of them. Something about bombings and other threats. But I haven't really seen or heard anything since getting here.
