WHO: stiles and abigail
WHERE: minnesota.
WHEN: 11/21-11/24
WHAT: since Thomas is giving him a long weekend, Stiles goes mountain climbing.
WARNINGS: teenagers. also possibly mention of cannibalism and murder.
[ stiles laces up his boots with a couple of firm tugs. they still feel new on his feet, and he's pretty sure he's gonna have blisters by the time the weekend is over. they're the only thing he had to buy, though: the rest of the gear is Derek's. ]
[ despite his instinctual response to tell the cute girl that sure, he loves hiking, stiles doesn't really know what he's in for. he's wandered through the beacon hills preserve, with Scott or his dad, but this is a snow-covered mountain, even if it's a little one. and with his clumsiness and lack of fitness stiles just isn't sure that he and the outdoors really mix. but he's sticking by his lie. he can hike a couple of miles and he probably won't die of frostbite or get eaten by bears. and he's getting better at teleporting: if he falls off a cliff he can just teleport away, right? ]
[ he doesn't want abigail to go alone, so he'll just have to suck it up. ]
