Hmm. Like an encyclopaedia of abilities, of sorts? Would this reference material be solely technical descriptions of the various powers that exist here in this world and others, or would there be people and world names attached? Though, I imagine it would be rather difficult to come up with a satisfactory naming system for the infinite number of worlds represented here by the imPorts.
