While Annie agreed, she was a bit tempted to have her mouth drop open in surprise at Kay's particular... tactic. Still, as Kay splashes Lunatic, Annie gets some inspiration to try something she had no idea if she could actually do. Focusing on generating the kind of shield she had a handful of times before, she concentrates on it being close to where Kay is now, beneath the surface of the water, and moves it upward.

It breaks apart in the process, but it does send a bunch of water Lunatic's way, following after Kay's splashing.
