He descends out of the sky, a silhouette against the moon, his blue-green fire billowing around him and softening his landing upon the lush and rolling park hills. Upon touchdown, the cloak that rests upon his shoulders is pulled away and cast to the side—it burns up in an instant and leaves no trace behind, but its absence does reveal the weapon at Lunatic's side: a crossbow. Unhooking it from his belt, Lunatic points the heavy-looking weapon toward Blair Hollins...that is, until the hurried slapping of feet against the ground draws his attention, and then he turns, his crossbow with him, gaze settling instantaneously upon the only out-of-place figure besides himself in the vicinity.

[A fiery bolt appears out of thin air in Lunatic's free hand. Loading his crossbow, he steadies his aim and fires in Annie's direction—not once, but multiple times in succession. It seems he has no patience for interference today.]
