brushoff: (yeah perhaps NOT)

Now that statement made Dorian scowl. Not the belief that he was flawed--for that much was obvious, considering how he made a dog's ear of this conversation, but the idea that he didn't accept who he was? He had faced his sins on a regular basis, he had seen the results of his decisions, he was Dorian Gray and he forever would be. How dare Yuri condemn him just like that?

"You claim you 'know me' and yet you know absolutely nothing about me," he remarked, tense tone in his voice, scowl remaining on his face. He might know aspects into his character. But Yuri certainly didn't know Dorian. And that statement, more than anything, pissed Dorian off. "For all you know, I might be that Dorian Gray, I might be that man who's brought so many people to ruin and left a trail of destruction in his wake and yet you claim to know me?" He hopped up from his seat, pointing a finger at Yuri as he talked.

"There is so much about me, about my past that I haven't even mentioned to you and will never mention to you, so don't you dare claim to know me."
