Bart has joined Team Trek in a group costume as Miles O'Brien because they wouldn't let him just claim random redshirt status. He's also accompanied by a ball of floof that tonight is a tribble if anyone asks, but Kat-El is behaving reasonably well on his new halter and leash.

At least he was until he saw Jane's stuffed owl. He's just glad they put extra padding in the shoulders for the kitten to cling to when the little beast makes a leap for her, and is just a hair too late to stop the impending collision.

The little black ball of fluff and fierceness is too busy trying to shake the owl and claim it as a prize kill to be interrupted just now, but Bart sighs, looking slightly chagrinned. "Sorry about that."
