[Judd is, on the whole, very good at minding his own business. As someone who is intensely private, he respects the privacy of others in return. However, even he isn't immune to the sight of color-changing sparkle dogs. The sight caught him somewhat by surprise as he saw it from a distance away, and now, much closer, it does nothing to diminish that.
