Kon arrives and does not, in fact, go to the truth seats or the special drinks. For once, he just wanders, enjoying the day, and finding himself smiling a lot. He is avoiding anything like thinking about recent events, or stress, or love or... anything.
He can be spotted most anywhere except the above mentioned avoided places, and can be found smiling, and willing to meet new people and old alike.
He might be avoiding a person, but otherwise, he is happy to talk to you all.

And then it is ruined by shadows attacking. Anyone who sees him at the start will see his hand clench and the mug he is drinking from is crushed to a very small mass and tossed aside. Thre is gritting of teeth, then a shake of the head.
"Well, shit." And a moment later, he leaps into battle, heat vision leading the way against shadows. He can be found fighting monsters and lifting civilians and other heroes alike out of danger with his telekinesis.
