Jingyi's smile is wide and bright when he hears that Sizhui came to visit him. He ignores everything else in that statement. "I am clearly the best and only reason to visit," he tells Sizhui. Though his face falls into a grumpy expression afterward. "This is the job that they assigned me." He flaps his wings in demonstration. "I am not sure it is worth it, even if they do feed me. But...I think yes. Come with me and help me be free for the day. It sounds much more interesting to go to patrol with you."

He then beckons Sizhui to lead him into the alleyway to the back door of the restaurant. Inside is his boss. "I do not think the boss will keep me if I ask to go. What do you patrol for?"
