Declan watches the lights. He set it off his first night here and they brought him a modicum of comfort when he couldn't sleep. It was the first gift Ronan had given him in a very long time.

The attempt at being casual does not go unnoticed and Declan's gaze cuts back to Ronan. "We did. You could have warned me more about the security system."

Ronan is right, though. The question begs an answer.
