"The world still seems to be here. I'm guessing we have all of you to thank for that."

He then takes a bite of his banana now that it's been peeled and listens as Darin explains what went on. Probably the short version of the story if it's been as long as he said.

"I should have been there," he says remorsefully. While he knows he couldn't have really helped it, it was pretty much his own folly that caused him to be in the situation he had been.

"I'm glad it worked out though, but I have to wonder what we're going to do now."
