Aziraphale nods at Adam's answer. "I think you're right about that. It would be stranger if everything were identical." Bittersweet somehow too. If his bookshop were in this London, it wouldn't be his, and then what would it be? So that much he certainly understand.

He folds his hands in his lap. "And we'll manage, of course. But that doesn't mean that managing will be a simple matter. If you do think of anything you need, you aren't alone here, Adam. Crowley, myself, I know we aren't your family, but we do care about you."

And the angel is well aware it's not just them either. Jane, Anathema, and others, he's sure of that much. It may not erase the homesickness or lessen the missing of friends and family far away, but he does have some hope it makes things at least a little easier.
