"Handle it, yes, I see what you did there," Rupert drawls, regardless of whether the newcomer - his new housemate, presumably - intended the pun or not. This was all far too amusing for him to actually go downstairs and help the new housemate; watching from the wings (or gods, as it were) and providing helpful advice is much more fun.

He settles down, crossing his arms over the window sill, and beams smugly down at the Tyl by the door. Perhaps he should record this. It might even go viral, as they say nowadays.
