He's read about this thing before. Bodies dumped in Tahoe isn't a new story, really. It's hit papers before. He liked stories about mobsters too, so it was up his field of interest in a way.

"I mean, I suppose there could be a lot of dumping grounds in lakes and things before this too, but Tahoe has that right mixture to keep bodies down and from resurfacing.
