Diego certainly took that remark to mean between the two of them, as he was being absolutely beyond ridiculous about this whole ordeal. An absolute giddy child, by all counts, really. But he was hardly bothered by any of her judgment as he followed her down the stairs, taking two at a time and wandering just behind her into the very spacious kitchen.

But then, almost everything was bigger than the last apartment he lived in, because that was a boiler room in the gym he worked out.
