WHO: rey and YOU (mostly open w a few closed prompts to Luke Skywalker and housemates of Jeopardy 004)
WHERE: Jeopardy and beyond
WHEN: March
WHAT: getting used to earth life, training, grocery shopping
WARNINGS: probably typical star wars talk
a) around jeopardy - somewhere outside
[ Her staff is the same familiar sturdy weight in her hands, but it doesn't feel the same. Rey goes through the motions, it's early -- a park, or some other open space where she's not likely to smack a local in the face. Practiced and fluid, her job is to teach self defense so she'd be amiss to slack off, but... her hands grasp the handle, before letting the staff fall to the ground with a frustrated sigh.
It's safe to say she's feeling distracted, there's a lot on her mind. Staff training isn't high on her list of things on her mind. As much as she relishes being here with Finn and Poe, she knows -- it can't last. Rey knows - they don't belong here when there's a war that they need to go back to, to fight.
And yet, Kylo's words haven't left her. About not needing to follow that path here.
Focus... reach out...
Rey stops. Takes a deep breath.
And draws the sfaff into her hands, twirling it, spinning and stopping an inch from some poor unsuspecting native who'd got too close to get a better look ]

b ) Jeopardy 004 housemates + visitors
[ Having roommates is weird. Obviously, a new expierience - one doesn't have a roommate, sleeping in the ruins of a destroyed starship, and usually having people nearby meant that Rey needed to be alert, for people to steal her stuff.
She doesn't have that worry now.
But she hasn't really got to know them, beyond an occasional word - she spends most of her time out of the house.
Usually. Normally. It's still early, and Rey is sitting at the kitchen table, eating a bowl of frosted-chocolate cereal, staring at the box. Without thinking, she empties the bottle of milk into her bowl...
... and without looking up from her bowl, levitates the empty carton into the fridge. ]
c ) closed to Luke Skywalker
[ It was her trip out to the grocery store where things really ... got interesting. Meaning, it was the sight of the blonde haired-blue eyed stranger, that had revealed himself to be Luke Skywalker himself, over their brief conversation on the network (if him hanging up on her after two responses could be called a conversation) coming out of a store that had her springing into action.
She probably, in hindsight, could've tried to call him again, but Rey has no doubt that it'd wind up going the same way.
People around the parking lot gasp, as Rey tackles him to the ground, his bag going flying. ]
Master Skywalker. I'd like a word.
d ) wildcard
[ Aaand Rey can be found. Around Jeopardy, her home city - but occasionally venturing into a different Porter city. Nonah, to visit Finn and Poe. Taking in the sights that Earth has to offer, beaches, gardens...
