Yeah, it's what you use to make jello.   You can use it to make marshmallows too, great for roasting over a campfire.   And candy.  You can add it to whipped cream to help thicken it.  Or thicken soups, sauces..

Oh, it's fine to make gelatin with antlers.   The usual way is to boil bones.  Antlers aren't that different.
