WARNINGS: Negotiator's a manipulative asshole
[ He'd planned to visit Hundred ages ago, but unfortunately his government-assigned job gave him little time off. Still, he'd managed to get a weekend off and thus came to town to visit Mitch. It wasn't friendship, he had no desire for that - though he framed it that way, of course, he's not an idiot. No, it was that Mitchell Hundred was the most powerful ally Negotiator had. And he had to admit, he hoped that maybe he'd get a job offer so he wouldn't have to keep being surrounded by fish. Mitchell might give him the leverage to finally start moving against Reyes.
Though, truthfully, Negotiator was tired of this planet altogether. At least Mitchell Hundred spoke his language - the politician's tongue.
The cafe is well-known and well-regarded, and fairly accessible. Negotiator's here early. He was recommended and recieved a pumpkin spice latte which he's now eyeing with some suspicion. ]
