If it wasn't for the idea of room-mates and the infringement on his desire for personal space, he might not of been as hasty to find a way to leave. If he had the money and the freedom, he would always opt to be alone. But right now, he supposed he couldn't exactly lament on the situation too much.
His own space was always the first priority. More room, more freedom, the more he could entertain guests. It was so much harder to throw a proper dinner party with people conquering the kitchen for their own inferior little projects.
