[ Loki definitely wasn't a slouch—and he wasn't lying when he called himself risky. at least he was willing to be upfront about that. there were a few good things about risky, and a few bad things about risky. his personality was one that could both bank in the cash and cut off the funds depending on what was beneficial to him.
