Out of seemingly nowhere, 30 seconds after the official start of the new year, Gansey appears behind the two of them and holds on to both of their shoulders. He's in a sleek black suit and silver shirt to ring in the new year--a bit more dressed up than usual for the Meadows own New Year's Eve. He grins wide when they turn to him, everything around them slowing down to a stop--even the fireworks pause mid-burst.
Things start to move in reverse until suddenly they're not--35 seconds prior to the moment Gansey appeared.
"Five, four--" the countdown continues once again. Gansey pulls Ronan down first, breathes out "Happy New Year," before locking lips. Mildly inebriated but glad he has the powers he does, he practically glows when he breaks the kiss, still keeping physical contact with the both of them.
And he repeats the whole thing again in order to kiss Adam at midnight as well. He respected their decision to spend New Year's elsewhere, but there was no way he would miss the opportunity to ring in the new year with both of them.
