It was the kind of language she would respond well to. He wasn't coddling her or giving her false hope. She could trust that Chilton only had her best interests at heart. "Conquer a new frontier." Bela repeated, mulling the rest of what he said over to herself.

"That is something I can work towards. Little by little."

Encouraged by her commitment to his suggestion, Bela smiled. It was a small one but a smile nonetheless. She was feeling a lot more positive about where his advice could lead her.

"Do you think it would be worth my while jotting down these goals and marking them off as I go along? I know it might seem like an obvious question but I would appreciate your input."
