"I've considered that." If only Frederick were aware of Bruce's moonlighting, he might be able to tell him that he's already done that. In fact, John was the one to contact him, and like Dr. Chilton had suggested, Bruce found Watson to be competent authority enough for the job. He had also considered Daisy Johnson, but he was wary of that choice, as she, on the other hand, seemed less competent-- or at least too personally invested in Jonathan Crane not to impede progress.

"I have a few people in mind, at least. I've also considered contacting the Judiciary. The concern from the community has always been whether or not there can't be additional sanctions put in place against repeat offenders."

This was true. He'd considered running for the office of De Chima now that Lucy Pevensie was gone now, if only to move himself into a more strategic position to make the changes he thought were necessary. Even though his business and wealth existed here, the restrictions placed on the imPort community guaranteed he had to play the long game instead. Well, he was good at that, too.

"A chaperone would have to do in the meantime until any changes could be made through Congress. Luckily our Senator owes me a favor, so I can always discuss that with him later on."
