[Like fish confronted with a larger predator, the onlookers sweep backwards and part when Tetsuo stalks forward, easily hiding who he's looking for. There's no way he'd be able to find this person, and Kaneda further complicates things by not immediately jumping in. His head whips over to stare at his brother, expecting support where none comes.]

But he's seen firsthand what Tetsuo can do, and he does not want to be a bystander to that disaster. A hand reaches out, taking Tetsuo by the shoulder.]
Trust me.
[He lets go, walking over to the crowd.]
Alright, so if that's how the rules of this go....
[He points to two girls.] You two. Make out.
[...And the girls look at each other, jaws dropping. "But we're not!" they exclaim! They couldn't possibly like each other! "We're just friends!"
Kaneda, however, is taking no chill, looking at his fingers.]

He widens his stance, tilting his head up to regard them with an arrogant disdain.]

[And, to his inner glee, they only look more mortified, uncomfortably edging away from each other. He doesn't enforce the order, only letting his grin widen at their response. Good idea, Kaneda... see how THEY like it!]
