Stark Tech

[The joint-Hamada lab was probably quiet for November, and the majority of December. But January's been a bit busier here after Tadashi's come back to work. A lot of projects he'd left when the porter sent him home those few minutes, one in particular that was a request from another imPort. Tadashi's spending mostly his mornings and early afternoons at the lab, working on a couple long-standing projects or helping Hiro with his own.

Or taking his lunch break in the break room scrolling through the network or visiting some of the other labs.

The real problem is Tadashi standing outside the elevator with an armful of boxes and trying to hit the buttons with his elbow.]

Lucky Cat Cafe

[At night, he's at his aunt's cafe in Heropa, just a cute little corner cafe with fresh baked goods and sweets, coffee, and an upbeat friendly atmosphere completely with friendly upbeat staff. He's there pretty much every night until closing helping with orders or the register or wherever his aunt needs a second set of hands. As long as you can overlook the burn scars, he's smiling all the same as he helps around.]

[OR WILD CARD! He's around both cities regularly so just about anything's fair game. Need those last couple quarters to buy your groceries? Tadashi's got you covered. Can't reach that one thing on that high shelf? No problem, he can get it for you. Got a scrape or a really bad papercut? No problem, he can heal that. Anything goes!]

[Hermann and Newton have likewise been absent from work since the 4th. A sorely needed vacation for them both, however 'ill-timed'. They know Tadashi had returned, but it's still a pleasant surprise to see him again.

Even if he is having trouble calling an elevator.

Hermann steps up next to him and jabs the appropriate button with his cane. He can't offer to carry anything, but he has the dimensions of one box approximated should the young man look to be in danger of collapsing under the collective weight.]

Good afternoon, Mr. Hamada. It's good to see you've returned.

What?

[He jerks at someone else hitting that button he was trying to and doesn't immediately see him but - Oh. Dr. Gottlieb, right. He smiles a little, rebalances the boxes since he's not trying to lean for the button anymore.]

Yeah, I'm glad to be back, really. Kinda trying to pick up where I left off now.

[Hermann gives the boxes an appraising look and nods, his smile somewhat wry]

Yes, it certainly seems that way. [And good, the elevator's arrived. Seeing as he doesn't fancy being cramped in a corner, Hermann gestures Tadashi in first]

Might I ask what sort of projects you have lined up then?

[He shifts the boxes a little as he settles into the elevator] Four please.

One thing I'm really working on is a medical gel. Heals light wounds enough to get someone to a hospital, y'know?
