WARNINGS: General Hisoka warnings. Implied sexual situations, innuendo, language, violence, possible sexual implications with minors.
General Opening
Busy. It's been so amazing to be this busy. After his four months in jail, the breath of fresh air is more than that. He's met with so many and has plans to meet with more. Hisoka's only ever happy when entertained and from the looks of it, he's always moving. His first day out was already so busy and productive... the deals he's made, the people's he's happened upon, spoken to. The month would only increase in activity. With the gradually building Casino of which he's taking more part in than normally expected for a man of such a lacking routine. His time with Jonathan, Dorian, Dio, the session he had or will have with a sudden Lunatic encounter, his new found title as teacher for someone he would never consider the role for before this place. And more- it's been difficult to situate himself with Chrollo of all things, though thankfully he's found 'whenever he feels like it' is best for that situation.
Still. It's- good to be moving again. To be out. Even if he has to be a good boy with probation nipping at his heels. He's even gone through some what of an image change. Pink hair now light blue, no more stars and tears on his cheeks, though he can't distance himself from makeup completely. No more outfits that make him look like some 'clown', though again, colour will always be on the bright and flashy side as far as he's concerned. A different image, an existence shrouded in lies- Registered. He'll play the game as long as he has to, but he certainly doesn't plan on getting his hands dirty should the opportunity arise.
[ A ] - OPEN Heropa Pawn to e4
Sunday or- is it? Saturday? Hard to say. His schedule's a little odd right now considering he's 'inbetween jobs'. But either way it's a nice day, not too chilly at all and the sun's up which despite his snowy complexion he can stand fine, though in the sun he's a little blinding.
Sitting in the park, in a small cobblestone area with tables set up, Hisoka can be found wearing something unnecessarily bright and oddly inappropriate. Hair blue, slicked back, with neon green stud earrings and nailpolish on, matching the no where near winter appropriate heels of the same colour. He seems calm, certainly not break dancing like the clothing might suggest, at one of the tables, surrounded by a few other park goers. Some of which are playing chess, a couple there chatting on their phones. And Hisoka. Sitting and by the looks of it, shuffling a deck of cards for seemingly just himself.
Well, it's a nice day. And there IS an extra chair across from him.
[ B ] - OPEN Devil's Nest, Maurtia Falls Barfly
"A- flaming gorilla, was it?" Said by someone sitting near you, or someone at the bar, perhaps you just caught the question, though- was it issued to you? No, said more- thoughtfully. Though once you look, the man who said it looks anything but "thoughtful".
Yellow seems to be the colour of the day, though his eyeshadow near the corners of his eyes are red, and his hair is blue. Bright, thankfully the lighting at the bar makes it not too much though.
Clack of his now empty glass on the counter top and Hisoka leans onto his other hand, elbow on the bar, staring over it and behind it with a sigh. This place was- owned by one of his room mates, wasn't that right? Not that he was ever there for those last four months. Not that he was there much now, even being free. He supposes it's nice, if a bit small, if a bit out of the way. Certainly a good place to talk though, he remembers seeing things about it on the network. ImPort friendly- not that- anything in Maurtia Falls was exactly imPort friendly. Not that it mattered though. His tattoo might glow in the dark but he's got it covered completely, not a hint of it can be seen should his sleeve pull back enough.
"You light it on fire." He says again, smiling to himself. Still- to himself, is it? Hard to say. But a drink you light on fire, that sounds pretty neat, maybe he'll buy one for you.He won't.
[ C ] - OPEN Heropa Above it All
It gets dark early right now, maybe around 6pm? Earlier even. It let's the night breathe longer, makes you cold longer, but the stars are out longer. Kind of nice to be reminded of other worlds when you're stuck here, never wanting to be here to begin with. Then- it really wouldn't be other worlds your familiar with. Those stars are- all knew to you, even if they're dead by the time you see them. Still, at a glance up, it won't only be stars you see.
Light posts, signs, a tree or two dangling a branch in your peripherals. Buildings rising up around you, some higher than the rest, some so high you can barely get a clean line on the top edge. Barely see-
the man, situated up there. Someone sitting high up on a building top with a leg dangling off. Sitting up high, not moving, looks like he was doing just what you were. Looking, gazing at stars even. Perhaps it's just a moment you look and spot him, though hard to make out from down here. Or maybe you're nosy, nosy and can fly. Or maybe you're already up there, standing behind him as he sits. Hisoka's blue hair tossing in the brisker wind this high up, his dark suit covered further with a brightly coloured down winter coat. Sitting, looking out the sky, the city, feeling oddly satiated by the view, by the lack of thoughts drowning his head. Behind him and he'll know you're there. Senses you, unless you can mask yourself of course.
Though if you're not the sort to look up on your own, there's something else about him that might bet your attention. That- aura. Not that you can see it, depending on who you are. But you feel it in the air. Something thick, some kind of pressure that calls out around him for a rather wide distance, even so high up. Something that causes a sudden paranoia in you, makes your hair stand on end. A bloodlust you can feel despite not necessarily knowing it's that. Maybe that'll get you nosy. Hey- looks like he could use the company atleast? Or do you want to with that strange eeriness lurking around him?
[ D ] - CLOSED | GON Heropa -> Outside Heropa (January 16th)
He's rolled down the window, waiting with a sort of glazed over look, his eyes stuck on the windshield as he half listens to the radio talking about some story in the midwest. It's not long before the drone of the news bothers him and he turns it to something musical, some upbeat new-age pop song. Fine. His interest doesn't really lie in the radio this car has, or anything it has to say. It lies in who he's waiting for.
His gaze switches, looking out through the passenger window now as Hisoka remains upright in his driver's seat. There was a bell, and after a few minutes, children of various ages start to file out of the school, flooding the sidewalk, making their way away or to various cars behind or infront of him. He's waiting for- a particular child though. One that won't know to look for him right away but will feel him in the air once Hisoka expels his aura enough. Gon DID say to get a means of training away from the city. So fine, rental car- for now, though it won't keep working like this. He'll have to get a car eventually if they continue to need to leave the city for training.
Hisoka still a bit stuck on the fact that Gon asked him for this at all though. Teetering back and forth, unsure if he wants to go through with it.
On one hand, he can see him grow, have a hand in it, and not have to worry about Gon falling behind which is a big problem to him. And on the other hand- it's disappointing that he'll miss being pleasantly surprised as often with his achievements and advancements. Still- considering those might not happen at all without him? At least not until someone else shows up here to train Gon in Nen- if it does. Hisoka would rather not risk it.
Another glance out of the window. He's getting a few odd looks from other kids passing by. Which makes sense. Some strange man in a bright orange car wearing what appears to be a bright red and black suit. Kind of- strange. But really, he- doesn't care He'll wait.
[ E ] - CLOSED | JONATHAN Heropa (January 19th)
Marshlands are- not exactly the most pleasant setting for a fight. But it was an open space, and Hisoka appreciates the idea, besides, Jonathan's familiar with it, right? And it may be best to meet him somewhere he knows, doesn't want to scare the guy off. Not that he thinks he may- but he good. Jonathan was- rather adorable and easy to spook, but there was something else there behind him, in him- something Hisoka was excited to see. After all, this would be his first face to face visit with him in the free world, and something about being near this man made his chest clench. Jonathan knew what he was, what he's done, and yet he still acted the way he did. Was he merely an idiot? Or were people like Hisoka, situations like his, commonplace for the man?
Interesting, and- over all enticing, wanting to find more Hisoka definitely shows following their conversation. Afternoon, as he said, thoroughly avoiding anything he had to get through earlier in the day to ready the rest of it for Jonathan. His mind is stuck on it completely, recalling their conversations as he waits.
He won't be difficult to find. Locating the clearing Jonathan most likely used to train in was easy enough. From the ground alone he found it, and Hisoka moves to sit. Wearing a rather calm looking grey suit with a light purple tie, despite his blue hair he's no where near as difficult to look at right now. Playing a sort of 'nice guy' role around this person, at least until he can figure out exactly what he'd like from him.
Hisoka stands, back to a tree, eyes closed, quietly shuffling a black deck of of cards as he waits.
[ F ] - CLOSED | DIO Maurtia Falls -> ? (January 23th)
A text sometime in the night:
u busy? ive got time 4 a little catching up.

[ G ] - CLOSED | JOSEPH Maurtia Falls (January 29th)
It didn't take very long to locate Joseph, though- longer than usual. Hisoka doubted he was following his usual patterns considering the post he made to the network not long ago. But- eventually he was led there. Followed him in the night to get a read on where and what room, Maurtia Falls made it a lot easier too, considering he spent most of his time there. So he finds it, and eventually he climbs his way up a wall one night and perches on a window. Lights are on at least, and he's sure this is the right one so- he lifts his hand and-
Hm. Stops.
Hisoka turns, leaning his back against the window, his aura attaching him to it, along with his feet, despite how small the ledge is, and he moves to remove his phone. A few moments later and Joseph gets a text.
r u free? we have some things 2 go over. ♦
[ H ] - CLOSED | DORIAN Heropa (February 1st)
It's been longer than he would've liked. But considering how busy he's been, the issue with Lunatic included, Hisoka's been rather distant from a few people. Though they're no where near forgotten.
After a short text to Dorian earlier in the day, Hisoka makes his way to the bar specified by night. He's unfamiliar with it, so he moves to the nearest corner and waits. Hair blue, wearing a black suit with a bright pink vest and tie, the same he wore on the day of Registration. White shoes though, and white studs in his ears, his lips a completely unmatching tone of yellow.
Thumb fidgets, tossing a few texts here and there, paying attention to some game- before he puts his phone aside in favour of a deck of cards. Pocketing one hand, he waits, shuffling the deck with his other, flipping half of it easily with his fingers.
[ I ] - CLOSED | KIMBLEE ? (February 5rd)
He lacked much of a reason besides his curiosity now, to go after this man. With Killua handling himself as he did, Hisoka certainly didn't need to intervene liked it seemed he would before. For better and worse really. On one hand he liked helping people in ways that could lead him to gaining favours from them, on another hand, he can focus on Kimblee for himself.
Making things he touches into bombs? How interesting and nostalgic. Not like the Bomber which he honestly heard so little about during his time in Green Island, because Kimblee certainly doesn't have access to the same sort of life force Hisoka and those from his world do. But through Alchemy he supposes. Such a broad term to him now, something that mostly means nothing aside from a brief encounter with a boy he never saw again. But he's still interested, would like to see me. See how strong these bombs can be, how Nen fairs at shielding his body from it. He supposes it really depends on how the bomb is made or where it is.
But he'll soon find out, though he waited a little longer than he would've liked to before contacting the man. Being busy is- strange, it feels more like routine now. With his scheduled training with Gon AND Killua (in a way), his meetings with Chrollo which have begun to be more frequent than not. The Casino and anything involving Giorno. Yes, a routine and he- doesn't exactly enjoy it but knows it's necessary to keep his mind at ease. To keep him busy and satiated... While letting loose is nice and falling into the need for bloodlust just sort of- happens to him, he's going to try and avoid jail as long as he can. Not that he'll be completely good, probation of not, a mutual fight is all right, especially between imPorts and somewhere others will be okay.
Granted his fight with Lunatic was more public but, that was of no fault of his own and he feels he resolved it in a way that wouldn't lead back to him. Lunatic certainly couldn't squeal on him, that's for sure. Not that he ever thought the man would.
its been a while, plz dont tell me uve forgotten me. ♥
Sent with a smile to Kimblee's communicator. He's still unsure about the time Kimblee has free, or where would be best to fight a man that makes bombs. So better to ask, texting him from Heropa which seems to be where most imPorts keep to.

[A] Pawn to e4 (FINE. I'LL TALK TO HISOKA. GDI.)
Speaking of, working at an ice cream place seemed really great... at first. But it's become increasingly difficult to not eat all the ice cream. She'd gotten in trouble once already! It's just so difficult being around all those yummy flavors. She couldn't help herself!
But today, today she had the day off. So she figured it was as good as any to try to get used to her personal mode of transport. Admittedly, she hadn't even been good at skateboarding back home. Barely ever tried! Now with the added aspect of flight… well… she picked the park for a reason. Grass was significantly easier than asphalt when gravity was involved. As an added precaution, she had bought elbow pads and knee pads with money she'd earned from work, a helmet too.
Since the weather was so decent, it wasn't like she had many clothing layers to help cushion any falls. Nope, it was end of January here in Heropa, but it could have been spring as far as Usagi was concerned. So here she was, trying to balance on her pastel pink and purple hover-board.
Trying and… not… really... succeeding.
Her pale blue jeans were streaked with the green of grass-stains. Her padding, new as of this morning, was already worn in by now. But she was determined! Despite any scratched or bruises that sprung tears to her eyes, she was determined to learn how to ride one of these things. She would have preferred one of those hovering scooters instead. But you needed a licensee for that… and she definitely didn't have one of those.
She pushed herself up from her recent fall, brushing off her peach polkadot blouse. Her hover-board lay several feet from her, flipped upside down on the grass. With a huff she stomped over to it, snatching it up off the earth.
"Ok Usagi. THIS TIME. This time it'll work!!"
Pressing the ignition button, she tossed the hover-board towards the ground, a bit more roughly than was needed. It simply bobbed in the air a moment, idling a foot or so off the ground. She placed a foot up on the board hesitantly, arms out for the balance she's always reaching for. Cautiously, she leaned her weight more on the board, and used her other foot to push off the ground. Her arms wobbled, but she kept up. With a few more push-offs, she brought her second foot up onto the board, and continued cruising.
After a few moments of this, she brightened considerably.
"I'm doing it! I'm really--"
But in her excitement, her heel nudged the ignition button, and the board revved up.
"AH! WHOA!!"
Arms flapping in an attempt to stay upright, zipping along the grass, narrowly avoiding a couple trees.
"HOW DO I STOOOOOP?!"
In her panic, her heel fully presses down on the ignition and her board shoots out from under her. Feet going over her head, back hitting the grass, her board smacks right into the back of some unsuspecting-clown's head.
Yeesss.
Also oh-
honey no.
It'd be silly to assume he wasn't paying some degree of attention to the commotion around him. The game to his left between the two older gentleman- white was winning, the woman twenty feet away on a bench was having a difficult time with her dog- though young so could be understood. And the girl- trying to ride a hoverboard. Those things weren't exactly silent and the speed it was coming at him? There's no way he wouldn't dodge- still-
instead of dodging, he'll leap up- HIGH, and land on the thing as this shoots past the seat he was just on. There's an obvious stumble, hell, he doesn't know how to ride this fucking thing, but- with a quick glance down? The board is still shooting forward, people dodging out of the way, clipping some bushes and- it starts to slow. Hisoka's foot moving to adjust the speed, the board hitching here and there as he finds it and then eases his foot on it, leaning and figuring out the best way to steer. It seems to take him seconds but then- he was always someone to piss off the rest off a class should they be graded on a curve. Not long ago he bested blades said by the wielder to have taken him some time to master himself. Yet Hisoka not only caught them when they were flung spinning too fast to see, but held and spun them himself, and even used them against his opponent in moments, decapitating him with his own trick.
So a hoverboard? Not gonna win, and it's not long before he turns around and flies back at her, slowing down to come to a hovering stop.
"I'm assuming you don't have your license yet." A blank stare down at her, a hand setting on his hip before he crouches down, even in those heels of his. The board lowers a little, so in his crouch he's at eye level for her and pulls on a wide smile.
"You wouldn't be trying to disobey the law, would you~?"

With a cringe, she pushed herself up so she was sitting, hand to her back. Pads and a hemet were good and all, but she didn't have any protection for her spine. This was going to hurt tomorrow, for sure. She rubbed her back the best she could, looking up to see where her board had gone.
Having her feet come up from under her was disorienting enough not to notice a certain brightly-clothed someone showing off with a high jump. However, she did catch him on the rebound, as he came drifting back over to where she was in the grass.
As he came to a gently bobbing stop in front of her, she couldn't help but stare with wide-eyed shock. This guy was just… really, really flamboyant. From light blue head to bright pink toe, almost blisteringly colorful.
"I'm assuming you don't have your license yet."
He was so blank, Usagi couldn't tell what he was thinking! Had she hit him by accident? Was he angry about that now? Or did he just retrieve it for her? He appeared to already be really good with a hoverboard, the way he seamlessly floated over to her. And really well ballanced to crouch down while still being on it like that…
"You wouldn't be trying to disobey the law, would you~?"
Oh, with that grin… maybe… he wasn't here to yell at her? Despite his expression, there was the slightest twinge of unease in the pit of her stomach. But she didn't know why, she had nothing to base that on. Even though it's been two weeks since she arrived in this world, she still finds herself having unwarranted mental nudges and tugs. At least for the most part, if she ever met someone who seemed to give her a familiar feeling… she wouldn't feel it again upon second meeting. This was probably just one of those moments.
"Wha-- no! No! I'm not!!"
So flustered.

"Are you sure? And in such a public place, you'd definitely be caught." Keeping his smile and pose, crouched on the hoverboard as it calmly hums beneath him.
"I might be willing to help if you ask nice enough, you do seem to be needing it and the role of teacher-" A sigh, smirking to himself and glancing off. "Seems to be finding me whether I like it or not."

"How could riding a hoverboard around be against the law??"
The park couldn't have that strict of rules, could it? She'd seen the "no dogs" signs in parks before back home. But people would walk or skate or ride their bikes no problem. Could things be that different here? After all, it wasn't like she needed a license for a hoverboard! The salesman told her that only the scooters required one.
They may be equal when it came to eye-level. But she still felt smaller sitting in the grass like she was. So she pushed herself up to stand, a bit of her determination returning to her face with the tightening of her jaw. Oof, yes, she will be feeling that spill tomorrow. But for now, she' manage.
"If I'm breaking the law… wouldn't you teaching me be doing the same thing?"

"And I remember them stating something about getting your license, ah- are you old enough for that even?" Chuckling, standing up now as the hoverboard lowers to the ground but hovers just above it. It- doesn't make him any shorter lowering though, in those heels he's towering over her.
"It would." Shrugs, hands up. "But aren't people more lenient on adults teaching others? Ah, it's less of a problem for a father to teach a son how to drive, being a guiding force. Maybe my company would help you enough to deter any unwanted attention." If you don't count him as unwanted attention. But let's be real here, he's totally unwanted attention.
increasing silent screaming as I'm typing these responses
She looked around a bit frantically, trying to spot if she had actually hurt anyone. All she wanted to do was learn how to ride this stupid thing! She didn't want to injure anyone in the process! This guy must have actually caught her board before it could smack into someone. If he hadn't been there...
Usagi clasped her hands tightly and bowed several times in quick succession. "I'm so sorry! Thank you for helping!"
On the last bow, she held, staring at the ground anxiously. Maybe she should accept this man's offer to teach her? So far he's been helpful. He nabber her board before anyone could get hurt; returned it to her; and now was offering his assistance. It couldn't hurt... right?
She straightened.
".... No, I'm not able to get my license yet." He didn't have to laugh at her. She was in midd-- well, high school here! Not a child. "But I don't need one for a hoverboard."
Usagi let out a little sigh, trying not to get puffy over the age comment. "Though I think maybe, it would be good to have someone teach me about about this thing..."
haaaahahaha
"You're welcome, you've just been lucky this time. Next time a more discreet area would be better, don't you think? Practicing alone or with a friend to help would lead to less trouble." Raising his chin a little, his lips peel back in a smirk.
"Unless you'd prefer trouble. It'd certainly give you more to do, but really- it's much better to play by the rules here, the consequences aren't so fun at all."
With a small hop, he pulls himself off the board and picks it up, turning it off before handing it to her and glancing around. "I suppose then, if we're to stay here-" pointing to a larger area with just a couple sitting on a blanket. "There might be best." Sure, teaching girls to ride hoverboards, sounds fun.
"And your name?"
Re: haaaahahaha
Honestly, she didn't. Usagi figured that she'd have some troubles at first but then probably get the hang of it. Why she thought this when she doesn't have much athletic background? Who knows. Perhaps her optimism clouded her judgment.
She let his troublemaker comment slide for the most part. Usagi was a good kid! The most trouble she got into was due to a poor grade on a test or being late for school. But that's it! Jeeze she was only in middl-- high school. It's high school here, she had to remember that. All the same, she was only a high school girl. All she wanted was to hang out with her friends and play video games and eat sweets. Not accidentally take someone out with a run-away hover board.
She accepted the board from him when offered, but.. oh... Wow. He was tall. For some reason she assumed he'd be shorter off the hover board. Well… no, no he really wasn't. It's not like height is usually something Usagi is fussed with, she's used to being small. But because this man wasn't just tall but really, really colorful … he demanded more attention than most.
“That works... Oh! Usagi Tsukino. It's nice to meet you!” She gave another quick bow, holding the board by her knees, and straightened up with a smile.
